Contact me to learn more about what I offer! Some things I can support:

  • Cooking meals and prepping food and snacks for you and your family

  • Nesting and setting up your home to make it cozy and easeful for your newly expanded family

  • Pre-baby planning to help set up a supported postpartum (examples include setting up a meal train, discussing boundaries around visitors, brainstorming about ways to weave self-care into a new routine)

  • Taking care of all that pesky paperwork (think me completing your paid family leave forms and follow up phone calls to the 1-800 number, me filling out your baby’s passport application, etc.)

  • Older sibling care

  • Referrals to my practitioner network (e.g.: pelvic floor PT, bodywork, housecleaners, lactation counselors)

  • Research and information curation for pregnancy, parenting, and beyond

  • Help navigating the “et cetera”
